Deskspark vs. the field

Everything included. One price. No exceptions.

Deskspark is built voice-first for recruitment agencies, with every AI feature included at every tier — no add-on menu to work through. Here's what that means in practice, and how the numbers stack up.

Talk to your CRM

Vicki is a voice-native AI copilot wired directly into your pipeline — "add client from Acme called Jane Smith" creates the record, no forms to fill in.

One price, everything included

Every AI feature ships at every tier. No metered add-ons, no per-feature upgrade requests — what you see on the pricing table is what you get.

Built for how a desk actually works

Candidates, clients, and jobs live side by side, with permanent and contract/temp placements both native to the same pipeline — not bolted on after the fact.

Live in minutes, not weeks

Self-serve signup, no sales call or onboarding queue. Your workspace is ready the moment you sign up.

Starting price, per recruiter/month

Entry-tier pricing per each vendor's own published pricing page, converted to USD where needed. Enterprise deals are commonly negotiated and can differ from list price.

What's included, not upsold

Deskspark's pricing tiers differ only by seat count and support level — never by withholding a feature that's already built. That's a deliberate guardrail, not a launch promise that quietly erodes later.

"Typical recruitment CRM" reflects patterns confirmed in published vendor pricing pages — not a feature-by-feature audit of every named competitor's current product. Job/board multiposting isn't built in Deskspark yet; see the note below.

Where Deskspark is still catching up

Job-board multiposting to LinkedIn and the wider board network — the kind larger platforms reach via an aggregator relationship built up over years — isn't built in Deskspark yet. Deskspark is newer and doesn't claim otherwise; it's built for agencies who want a faster, cheaper, voice-native alternative for the day-to-day of running placements, not a like-for-like enterprise back-office replacement in every dimension.

Common questions about switching

The real questions agencies ask before moving off their current tool.

How long does it take my team to get up and running?

There's no sales call or onboarding queue to wait on — sign up and you're in your own workspace immediately. Vicki, Deskspark's voice and plain-English copilot, is built specifically to flatten the learning curve of a new tool.

Can I bring over my existing candidates and clients?

Yes, via CSV import for Contacts and Deals. Today it's a straightforward starting point — it maps the core fields (name, email, company for contacts; name, company, value for deals) rather than every custom field a legacy export might carry. A fuller import template is on the roadmap as the data model settles.

What if I want to leave?

One click, any time: Settings has a real "Export All Data" button that bundles every contact, deal, job, task, invoice, and more into one JSON file — free, no support ticket required. Nothing about your data is locked to Deskspark.

Do you support contract and temp placements, not just permanent?

Yes — a deal can be flagged Contract instead of Permanent, with its own pay rate and bill rate. Log weekly timesheets against it and approving one drafts the client invoice automatically, so temp/contract desks aren't bolted onto a permanent-only data model.

Does Deskspark integrate with LinkedIn or our phone system?

Not yet — both are on the roadmap, not built today. We'd rather say that plainly than list an integration that doesn't work.

Do you help with the actual switch?

Every plan includes an account manager and Contact Support, and Elite steps that up to a specialist account manager plus white-glove migration for larger teams. See what's included at each tier.
