1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Deskspark, provided by [Your Company Legal Name]. By creating a workspace or using Deskspark, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your agency.
2. Your account and data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the candidate, client, and placement data you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for your team's use of your workspace. You retain ownership of your data; we process it only to provide Deskspark to you.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Deskspark is billed per recruiter seat, monthly or annually, at the rate shown for your plan at signup. All plan tiers include the full feature set — we don't gate features behind add-on purchases. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; usage-based AI costs (voice, resume parsing) are included in your seat price, not billed separately.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Deskspark to store data you don't have a lawful basis to hold, to attempt to break or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell access without our agreement.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can export your data before or at cancellation.
6. Liability
Deskspark is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, [Your Company Legal Name]'s liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
